The venue was in a central location adjacent to the restaurant downstairs in the basement. There was cafeteria Lagarto Cafe, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. The rooms were large and adequate and with a balcony. The rate was £ 32.

We loved the French atmosphere of this hotel, with its atypical room design and old-style furniture. The hotel facilities were clean and the big shower was a plus. The breakfast served in the restaurant downstairs in the basement was quite good, and we enjoyed the nice family atmosphere with people greeting each other. The hotel's location close to the city center and next to the park was very convenient.
Nothing could have been better.

My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The French-inspired decor created a charming and intimate atmosphere. The restaurant offered delicious local cuisine and the breakfast was quite satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing us with local recommendations and great service all around. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the town center and within walking distance to some of the top attractions.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The towels and bedding were a bit worn out and could use an upgrade. We also found the access to the parking area to be quite tight and difficult to maneuver, making it a bit stressful to park our car. Finally, the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times, making it a bit frustrating to check emails or browse the web. Overall though, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to other couples looking for a romantic getaway in the area.
